Policy

Each item is made to order which means there is a no refund policy or cancellations.

If there is an issue with your order, I must be contacted within 3 days of receiving orders.

(wrong size, wrong color, miss spelled words/names etc...anything other than what was specified at the time the order was placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at adrenalinespikedesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will give you instructions on how to return. If it was a mess up on my end I will provide shipping, if it is a mess up on your end, you must cover shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

My current processing time is 3 to 4 weeks (Business days are Monday-Friday and Holidays are not included as business days)

Please understand that it is up to USPS how fast your package is shipped to you. If a package is lost by USPS you must be in contact with them. I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature and safety for us and our customers, ALL TUMBLER SALES ARE FINAL!

We work tirelessly to get tumblers out as fast as possible. In most cases starting the tumbler within 24 hours. All Cancellations MUST be completed the SAME DAY as the order is made.

If you find there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within3 days of delivery so that we can assist you.

We are NOT responsible for scratched, dropped, mishandling or improper care of your tumbler.

We are NOT responsible for misspelled names or wording of any sort, when the order is placed. *Please double check your spelling.

Allow 3-4 weeks or less for custom orders (dependent upon any customizations, alterations, or additional special requests) for your items to ship. Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of an order being placed. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included as normal business days. If you need to message us outside of normal business hours, we will try our best to get back to you within a reasonable time frame.
