    Store Policies and Tumbler Care

     


    Due to the nature and safety for us and our customers, ALL TUMBLER SALES ARE FINAL! We work tirelessly to get tumblers out as fast as possible. In most cases starting the tumbler within 24 hours. All Cancellations MUST be completed the SAME DAY as the order is made.

    • If you find there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
    • We are NOT responsible for scratched, dropped, mishandling or improper care of your tumbler. 
    • We are NOT responsible for misspelled names or wording of any sort, when the order is placed. *Please double check your spelling.
    • Allow 3 -4 weeks for your items to ship. Saturdays and Sundays are not included as normal business days. If you need to message us outside of normal business hours, we will try our best to get back to you within a reasonable time frame.

    Customer orders are our jam! If you’d like a color or design you don’t see in our shop please message us, so that we can make your vision a reality. We are here to help!
